Privacy Policy
Draft — pending review by Andrew (legal). Effective date: October 5, 2026.
Any Planner ("we") makes planners you use in the app and download as files. This page says what we collect and why.
What we collect. Your email address and a password (stored by our sign-in provider, never readable by us), to sign you in. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us. The options you choose for a planner, including any name you type for the cover. What you write into a planner in the app, saved to your account so it is there on every device. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us; we receive a customer reference and the status of your purchase or membership. Server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging, kept for 30 days.
What we do with it. Build and deliver your planners. Show them on your shelf and keep what you write in them. Email you password-reset links, download links and, if you asked for a planner we don't have yet, a note when it's ready. Answer support requests. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Who else sees it. Stripe (payments), Supabase (sign-in, database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Google if you choose to sign in with Google. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
Your files. Planners and what you write in them are private to your account. Files are delivered through expiring links. A file you download is yours to keep on your device.
Your choices. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at info@anyplanner.app. Deleting your account removes your shelf, what you wrote in your planners, your purchase records with us and your requests. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
Children. Any Planner is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. We will post changes here and update the effective date.
