Terms of Service

By using Any Planner you agree to these terms.

The service. Any Planner lets you make planners from our designs, use them in the app, and download them as PDF and, for some planners, Excel files. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on /pricing and before you pay. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Ways to buy.

• One planner, a one-time purchase: Small $10.99, Medium $15.99 or Large $19.99, by the size of the planner. It is yours to keep, with any options, and you can download it again whenever you like. Buy two together and save 15%; buy three or more together and save 25%.
• An All Access membership, billed once a year: Starter $85.48 a year for up to 5 planners and 5 sports planners a year, Plus $148.72 a year for up to 10 and 10, or Pro $275.20 a year for up to 20 and 20.
• Other products, such as the sports add-ons and the Team Pack, are described on /pricing.

Every account gets one free planner, the Habit Tracker, once. Anyone can try it in the browser as a demo, which cannot be downloaded or printed.

Accounts. You sign in with your email address and a password, or with your Google account. Keep your password and your email account secure; anyone with access to them can access your planners.

Memberships renew every year until cancelled, at the price shown when you joined unless we tell you of a change before your renewal. Cancel any time from "Manage billing" on Me, your account page in the app. After you cancel you can keep choosing planners until the end of the year you paid for. Planners you chose while you were a member stay yours after the membership ends, to use and download.

Licence. Downloaded files are licensed to you under the Personal Use Licence on /licence. You may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of the files.

Acceptable use. Don't attempt to bypass payment, scrape the service, or use it to break the law.

Availability. We aim for the service to work all the time but don't guarantee it. If a planner fails to build, we will email it to you or refund the purchase per /refunds.

Disclaimer. Planner pages are blank tools for your own planning. Nothing in them is medical, financial, legal or professional advice.

Limitation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
