Look inside
Try the filled example
A filled example of the planner. Tap around: nothing you change here is kept.
What is inside
- A to Z accounts: site, category, sign-in method, two-step and where the password is kept, never the password
- Email accounts, devices, Wi-Fi with a cut-out guest card, and recovery
- Subscriptions with monthly and yearly totals and the renewals due in fourteen days
- Digital legacy: who gets what, and how
- The checkup: two-step coverage, reviewed this year, and the needs-attention list
- The print edition: 54 letter pages with four cards each, for the passwords themselves
- A warning if anything typed into a note looks like a password
The look
A small leather-bound key ledger: oxblood and brass on parchment, Spectral over Courier Prime, with key-tag section tabs, a typewriter-key A to Z rail and a pin-tumbler rule under every title.
What you get
- Print PDF, A4 and US Letter
- Digital PDF for the iPad (68 pages in the iPad edition)
- The planner in your browser: it works offline and keeps your entries in the browser you open it in
